By accessing this website (oxygenbliss.com), booking a session, or visiting our facility at 30 N Judson Street Suite B1, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53940, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
O2 Bliss offers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and related wellness experiences in a non-medical, luxury wellness center environment. Our services are provided for general wellness, biohacking, and recovery support.
IMPORTANT: O2 Bliss is not a medical clinic. Our services do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease or condition. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before starting HBOT or any new wellness protocol.
Sessions are booked through our online partner SimplyBook.me or directly by phone at (608) 253-0028. A valid credit card is required to reserve your session.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards. Package and bundle protocols are paid in full at purchase.
Individual sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled per the policy above. Bundles may be refunded on a prorated basis (deducting any sessions used at the regular individual rate) within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
HBOT involves changes in atmospheric pressure that may cause temporary discomfort (ear popping, mild claustrophobia, sinus pressure). In rare cases, more serious risks include barotrauma, oxygen toxicity, and complications related to undisclosed conditions.

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content through our website, you grant O2 Bliss a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify that content for marketing and informational purposes. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session in dispute.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless O2 Bliss from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misrepresentation of your health condition, or misuse of our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on this page or by email. Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Always review the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Columbia County, Wisconsin.
Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication. Email info@oxygenbliss.com with the subject "Dispute Notice" to begin this process.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
